Add personalisation on the product page: tell us baby's name and pick a thread colour, and we embroider it while your piece is being made.
How long does my order take?
In-stock pieces are packed and shipped straight away. If you add embroidery, we stitch the name first — personalised orders ship in 3–5 days.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes — send a BabyRoo gift card. It's digital: the code arrives by email and they can spend the balance on anything in the store.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI and all major cards. Orders are prepaid — we don't offer cash on delivery.
How do I care for my BabyRoo pieces?
Gentle hand wash in cold water, dry flat in shade. Don't tumble dry, bleach, or iron over the embroidery — it keeps the softness and the stitches happy.
